Group Dynamics

The course analyzes human behavior in the context of the groups that are the most significant influences on people’s actions and emotions: families, friends, and work groups. The processes that characterize the formation of groups and differentiate effective groups from others are also examined. Leadership strategies, a key element in group functioning, are identified and leadership training options discussed.
