Internship

This Capstone option consists of an off-campus business internship supervised by a faculty member. The venue must be approved by the program and consist of a minimum of 150 hours of work per semester, in addition to the BUS 440 course requirements. The internship must reflect strategic level engagement and thinking that integrates multiple business theories, concepts, and practices to ensure sound decision making that resolves organizational challenges and impacts sustainment or growth. Students interested in BUS 440 Internship for Capstone credit should contact career.services@sps.cuny.edu to begin the approval process no later than one semester prior to beginning the internship.
